We work with the same subcontractors, architects, engineers, and designers time and time again. We have established a good rapport with them and know what level of service we can expect. This saves you from the hassle of being the ‘middle man’ while your project is in progress. We also offer you a guarantee if anything should go wrong with the work in the future, regardless if it was something we did or one of our subcontractors.Â

Planning
The first part of any project begins with the planning phase. Most people have some sort of plan in place when they call us. The more detailed it is, the better we will be able to move onto the next steps. But don't worry. Even if you just have a rough idea, we can help you develop a detailed plan and proceed from there.
Architecture
While it may not be necessary for something like updating your kitchen or bathroom, larger projects may require plans to be approved before work can begin. We work with local architects and structural engineers to draw up the necessary plans. We can then submit them to the city and obtain the required permits.
Construction and building
This is what we are all about! Once the plans are in place and the details are agreed upon, we can get to work. This is where we shine, and our pride is reflected in the details and our craftsmanship. We work quickly to keep progress moving on schedule, while minimizing any disruption to your lives and neighbors.
Interior Design
This is what makes a space come to life. It's usually something we like to address in the planning stage, but some clients like to stand in a completed room before making final decisions about the colors and textiles they will use. Like looking at a blank canvas, it can really fuel the imagination!
We are happy to provide you with color samples and make recommendations that compliment your choices throughout.

There are many choices to make in the overall scope of most projects. We work with you to help decide what types of options make sense for your vision. We can provide samples of things like flooring, counter tops, drawer handles, etc. For larger items, we happily refer you to one of our trusted suppliers to view their available products like appliances, windows, lighting and plumbing fixtures. This way you will have the ultimate control based on your style and budget.
Landscape Design
It doesn't matter if you're dressing up an old house to have greater curb appeal, or wanting to create a backyard oasis. The exterior of your property should be just as inviting and interior. is.
Similar to interior design, this aspect of your project can be incorporated into the plan from the beginning, or it can be something you wish to do as a post construction phase.
One thing is for sure, a well designed exterior space can give the feeling that it was all planned out to create a fluid transition from inside to out.
